Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· Joining one of our shows OR completing a registration form.

· If your child is a member of a local theatre school you may be contacted to see if your child wants to take part

We use the information that you have given us in order to send out communications to our families.

We may share this information with Stamford Arts Centre/any other theatre for cast numbers, the local Council where the performance is taking place (for licencing) and staff/chaperones.

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep names and information of participants for 2 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting the files which held your information and any paper registers.
