About Us

Team Roar is a production company in Stamford, Lincolnshire. We have 15 years + experience of performing/producing shows with young casts - building on raw (ROAR) talent within each performer.

Sophie is an experienced teacher of theatre and performing arts, having run her own dance school business and worked as a Teacher and Director for a local theatre school.  She has numerous qualifications including an impressive D*D*D* in Musical Theatre and Grade 8 LAMDA. Sophie is responsible for performer/family communications, managing our teaching team and coming up with seriously creative ideas - as well as running our social media pages.....with a little help from our 'Team Roar Seniors'.

Caz has been running a highly regarded theatre school since 2008, winning a number of business awards over the years. With an MA in Business and Management her role is more behind the scenes.  Looking after everything from health and safety, marketing and finance to liaising with venues and obtaining licences, Caz makes sure the bits 'Team Roar' cannot see all work well too.  Between Caz and Sophie all bases are covered!
